Michele Kelvey-Albert, director of consulting services for Qualidigm in Wethersfield, has earned Patient-Centered Medical Home content expert certification from the National Committee on Quality Assurance.
Qualidigm said Kelvey-Albert is the first person in Connecticut to earn the credential, which identifies an individual as an expert in the field and enables them to provide support and training to medical practices seeking to obtain recognition as a patient-centered medical home.
Kelvey-Albert also manages ambulatory care initiatives in support of a Qualidigm’s contract with the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
