An Avon commercial building mixing office and restaurant space recently sold for $1.9 million.
The roughly 10,000-square-foot, 1965-vintage building sits on 1.1 acres at 300 West Main St. It has vacant restaurant space on its first floor with offices above.
In a sale recorded July 1, a limited liability company headed by John Dillon, of West Hartford, sold the property to 300 West Main Street LLC. The buying LLC’s principal is another limited liability company headed by Michael Fish, president of MJFish LLC, a specialty environmental insurance brokerage located in a neighboring building.
Attempts to reach Fish were not successful.
The property was listed by Mario Longobucco of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty.
The property last sold in 2008 for $1.85 million, according to town records.
