Ruili He and Katherine Tattersall have joined Fuss & O’Neill Inc., a Manchester civil and environmental engineering consulting firm, as structural engineers.
He specializes in bridge design and analysis, and will support the firm’s expanding vehicular, pedestrian and railroad bridge project presence in New England.
Tattersall graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute last May, and has interests in historic preservation and adaptive reuse.
