The Hartford Business Journal today is revealing the eight winners of its 2019 Women in Business Awards, which recognize outstanding female leaders in a broad spectrum of industries.
This year the competition was intense with nearly 90 nominations submitted.
The winners were nominated by readers and chosen by a panel of independent judges. This year we’d like to thank Anne L. Elvgren (president of Elvgren Associates), Gail Lebert (director of partnership development, Klingberg Family Centers), and Sara-Beth Donovan (Principal of Mintz + Hoke), for helping choose our winners.
The honorees will be celebrated at a luncheon April 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the Hartford Hilton, 315 Trumbull St. They will also be profiled in a special issue of the Hartford Business Journal that publishes March 18.
Special thanks to our event presenting sponsor, Trinity Health of New England and educational leadership sponsor, the UConn School of Business.
