The Russian Lady, the renowned downtown Hartford club asleep since entertaining her last guests 14 years ago, is reawakening.
The raising of her black-and-gold nameplate above the front door will take place Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. at Ann Uccello Street downtown.
The club will officially reopen its doors to the public on Friday at 4 p.m.
A special private sneak peek is planned for Hartford residents only on Wednesday at 6 p.m., and an exclusive invitation-only Friends & Family Night will take place Thursday at 6 p.m. for former and current employees.
Club entrepreneur Jerry Fornarelli is reopening The Lady. Fornarelli also runs Hartford’s Up or On the Rocks and The Tavern Downtown.
