The City of Hartford on Friday touted the success of its public auction of 21 parcels in the North End that raised more than $67,000.
Thursday’s auction drew about 30 bidders to City Hall and brought in $25,000 more than expected, said David Panagore, the city’s chief operating officer.
Auctions International was the auctioneer.
Panagore said the city hopes to another auction eventually. The city held property auctions in 2000 and 2001.
