Hartford’s next “Freebie Night” is June 9

Penny-pinching downtown Hartford parkers can look forward again to another evening of parking on the city’s dime — with an enticing meal discount thrown in.

The Hartford Parking Authority will sponsor its fifth “Freebie Night in Hartford” on Thursday, June 9.

Visitors after 5 p.m. can park free in the authority’s Church Street, Main-Asylum-Trumbull (MAT) or Morgan Street garages.

In addition, those garage parkers will get vouchers for 20 percent off at participating downtown restaurants.
