The City of Hartford is offering free parking Saturday in its downtown Morgan Street Garage for attendees to “Riverfest 2011.”
The garage is two blocks from Riverfront Plaza, where the festival will take place. Parking patrons can either make the short walk or pick up the Star Shuttle, which is on-site on Columbus Boulevard.
Parking is also free on-street in legal curbside spaces after 6 p.m. weeknights and all weekend long.
