The former Fuller Brush building on Main Street in Hartford’s North End has drawn a $3.9 million sale, brokers say.
3580MainST LLC bought the 12-acre, 320,000-square-foot property known as Tower Business Center, 3580 Main, that houses a branch of the state Department of Social Services and the Labor Department, and other office and industrial tenants.
Hartford commercial broker RM Bradley Co. represented seller Tower Business Center LLC.
Built in 1922, Fuller Brush ran its headquarters from the Tudor Revival-style building, overseeing thousands of its salesmen who fanned out across the country, hawking its eponymous household-cleaning tool.
