The former Travelers Education Center building at 200 Constitution Plaza in downtown Hartford is officially on the sales block just weeks after being foreclosed by its lender.
The Hartford office of CBRE/NE said Monday that it is now marketing the vacant 135,000 square foot property for sale or lease.
The property management team will be headed by Brenda Keegan and the sales and leasing will be handled by the office brokerage team of John McCormick, Patrick Mulready and Anna Kocsondy.
