Hartford strip center lands Little Caesar’s Pizza

Little Caesar’s Pizza has leased about 3,100 square feet at 306 Farmington Ave. in Hartford.

Landlord 294-308 Farmington Avenue leased to tenant 8 Slice Enterprises LLC.

O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord; Merrigan & Lefebvre Realty the tenant.

American Eagle branch bows

American Eagle Federal Credit Union opened a full-service branch in South Windsor.

The 2,500-square-foot office at 530 Buckland Road has five full- and part-time staffers and is American Eagle’s 12th branch.

D’Addio farm sells for $2.4M

The former D’Addio family farm on 4.4 acres in North Haven sold for $2.35 million to make way for a multi-family and retail development.

91 Leffingwell LLC bought the farm at 520 Washington Ave. from the family that had operated it for 60 years.

The buyer will build 125 housing units and 3,000 square feet of commercial space.

The property closed at $2.35 million.

Press/Cuozzo Realtors represented the seller; New Haven Group the buyer.

Hamden medical bldg. fills

A physician’s lease of 1,170 square feet at 2440 Whitney Ave. brings the Hamden professional/medical building to full occupancy, authorities say.

Landlord D’Amato inks tenants

Landlord D’Amato Investments has signed a trio of tenants to two of its properties in Milford and Branford.

Jared James of Connecticut Posts LLC leased an 800-square-foot industrial condo at 282 Woodmont Road, Milford, as storage and distribution space for his realty-sign company.

Chris Blanc of CNC Cutting & Design LLC also leased 800 square feet in the same building for his custom woodworking business.

In Branford, Rae’s Driving School leased 857 square feet at 71 West Main St.

The Geenty Group, Realtors was sole broker in the leases.

Sullivan Tire’s new space

Sullivan Tire of Connecticut Inc. leased 10,500 square feet at 130 Universal Drive in North Haven for its commercial tire sales and repair operation.

Robert Sullivan is the tire dealer’s president. The Geenty Group, Realtors represented landlord William Berluti, of Universal Drive LLC. Hartford’s CB Richard Ellis was the tenant’s agent.

Sacred Rivers Yoga relo

Glastonbury’s Sacred Rivers Yoga is moving across town and expanding to a 4,300-square-foot facility.

The business is moving from 2934 Main St. to 28 Main St., on the Glastonbury/East Hartford town line, by Nov. 4.

AutoZone buys Clinton pad

Developer Arida & Portley LLC has sold for $525,000 a pad site on its Clinton property to parts-retailer AutoZone.

AutoZone plans a 7,000-square-foot store as part of a 1.43-acre tract at 203 E. Main St. that also will house a Clinton Bootery store. The rest of the site is available for lease.

O,R&L Commercial Real Estate represented the owners; WRB Property Management and Sullivan Hayes represented AutoZone.

Suffield shop space

Chic & Antique leased 1,340 square feet for a furniture boutique in the West Suffield Shops.

Geoff and Ellen Abare own the boutique, specializing in “shabby chic” décor with hand painted, distressed and antique furniture.

Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes exclusively brokered the lease with tenant and landlord, West Suffield Prop LLC.
