Dozens of members of the Greater Hartford Convention & Visitors Bureau will board a Peter Pan Executive double-decker coach bus and travel around downtown Thursday night to sample some of the city’s popular restaurants.
The bureau says the 5 to 7 p.m. event will introduce or reintroduce members to the eateries so they can speak knowledgeably about them when they market the region.
At each restaurant, eatery staff will board the open-air bus and serve up samples of their most popular dishes.’
They include: Feng Asian Bistro; Agave Grill; Dish Bar & Grill; Vito’s by the Park; Salute; and Trumbull Kitchen. Along the way, guests will enjoy appetizers from City Steam Brewery Café.
