The Greater Hartford Association of Realtors will host a free foreclosure prevention forum Saturday at its West Hartford office.
The 11 a.m. forum at 433 S. Main St. will include speakers from the Connecticut Fair Housing Center, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, and a state foreclosure mediator to discuss loan mitigation, legal options, and the process in general.
A second forum is tentatively scheduled for Nov. 5th at 11 a.m. at the same address.
The forums aim to educate the public on foreclosure prevention by providing free advice from seasoned professionals and much more. The panel will begin a creative discussion regarding foreclosure solutions and audience questions are strongly encouraged.
