A pair of New York investors recently paid $1.8 million for a 33,991-square-foot Hartford building hosting a Dunkin’ location and a bakery.
In a deed logged March 29, 75 Airport Road Associates LP sold the building sitting on 75 Airport Road and 367 Ledyard St. to Bloom Woodbury LLC.
The selling limited partnership lists no principals in business records filed with the Secretary of the State’s Office. It lists as its address a Glastonbury single-family home that, town assessing records show, is owned by Florence Sabatini.
The buyer lists its principals as Marcus Ventures Inc. and Goldfine Realty LLC. The principals of these entities are Aaron Marcus, of New York City, and Evan Goldfine, of Larchmont, New York.
The buyers purchased the building as an investment, according to Christopher Duclos, with Hartford-based Sentry Commercial. Duclos and Stephanie Romano, also of Sentry, represented the seller.
The property hosts a roughly 2,000-square-foot Dunkin’ location and a separate industrial-scale bakery that supplies doughnuts to more than 100 area Dunkin’ locations, Duclos said.
