Hartford parking company goes Parisian

Hartford-based LAZ Parking, which operates parking facilities across the country and many downtown spaces, such as the convention center garage and the Hartford 21 garage, announced that VINCI Park has purchased 50 percent of the company. VINCI is headquartered in Paris, France and operates parking spaces in more than 15 countries.
