A mixed-use office/retail building in Hartford’s Barry Square neighborhood has sold for $785,000, according to the deal’s broker.
The 25,337-square-foot property at 641-651 Maple Ave. sold earlier this month, according to Evan Berman, of Broder Commercial Real Estate, who brokered the deal.
The buyer was Post Office Building LLC, which is controlled by Kavita Ahmed and Akrum Sheikh, state records show.
The seller was IVACLA INVESTMENT INC., which is controlled by Marilyn Marquez-Mercado, state records show.

The property, which was built in 1925 and renovated in 1998, includes four retail spaces along with 10,000 square feet of office space.
Tenants include the U.S. Postal Service and H&R Block.
