The facility operates under the New England Gypsum brand, supplying drywall, ceilings, steel framing and other building materials to contractors throughout Connecticut and the broader New England region, the marketing materials state.
The property sits on 1.53 acres and serves as a regional distribution hub with access to Interstates 91 and 84, according to SAB Capital, which is handling the listing.
The current owner of the property, which was built in 1997, is OBC Hartford LLC, which is controlled by Joseph Ricciuti, managing partner of Ocean Block Capital, a New York-based commercial real estate investment company. OBC Hartford purchased the building in May 2024 for $755,000, property records show.
