Hartford Hospital has named Teri Koza-Bliven to the position of resident service coordinator and social worker at its Newington independent and assisted living community, Cedar Mountain Commons.
Koza-Bliven will work with residents and families to coordinate healthcare services and to facilitate a smooth transition to living at Cedar Mountain.
She previously worked as a case worker and placement coordinator at Hartford Hospital. She is fluent in Polish.
