Hartford HealthCare is launching a new app that aims to help patients more easily connect with a primary care physician.
The new app, called “DocFinder,” allows Hartford Healthcare patients to search by physician name, specialty, location or by hospital affiliation.
The app is available for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) or Android devices.
