Hartford lobbying and public relations firm DePino Associates said it has promoted two key staffers to partners and added their names to firm’s shingle.
Going forward, DePino will be called DePino, Nunez & Biggs.
Both Paul Nuñez Jr. and Melissa Biggs have been promoted to partners.
Nuñez previously oversaw and organized 12 state-representative campaigns for Democrats, and has also served as a policy analyst for former Rep. Chris G. Donovan.

Biggs, an attorney, has been lobbying for DePino since 2007. She is a member of the Energy, Public Utilities, and Communications Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
