Hartford gas station/convenience store sells for $1.5M

A 1,260-square-foot gas station and convenience store on a quarter-acre in Hartford recently sold for $1.5 million.

The concrete-block building at 182 Washington St. dates to about 1950, according to city assessing records. The city values the property at $255,780.

MMA Realty Inc. sold the station to 786 Rehman LLC in a deal recorded Aug. 1.

The seller’s principals are Maleka Panjwani and Muneer Panjwani of Avon. The buyer’s principals are Fazal U. Rehman and Umer Rehman of Granby, Massachusetts.

The listing broker was Gary Pruitt of Century 21 Classic Homes, according to CoStar.
