Gasoline prices in Greater Hartford continued their month-long decline this week, dropping another 6.4 cents to $4.071 per gallon of regular unleaded.
This is the fourth week in a row gasoline prices have declined in Greater Hartford, after the price per gallon steadily rose since the start of 2011.
Since May 11, gasoline prices in Greater Hartford have dropped 17 cents per gallon of regular unleaded, according to the AAA Daily Fuel Gauge Report.
The price per gallon of diesel has mirrored the drop of regular unleaded, although a bit slower. Diesel prices reached $4.197 per gallon on Wednesday from $4.254 a week ago.
