Hartford’s Hutensky Capital Partners and a joint-venture partner have purchased a shopping center in a Cleveland, Ohio, suburb for $47.1 million, they announced.
Hutensky and its partner Hornig Capital Partners bought Golden Gate Shopping Center from Forest City Enterprises. A New Jersey company was also part of the buyer team.
The partners said the transaction is one of the largest single-asset retail purchases in Greater Cleveland in two years.
