Hartford performance improvement company HSB Solomon Associates on Wednesday announced it acquired Texas international consultant Ziff Energy Group.
The purchase gives HSB global energy exploration and benchmarking and North American natural gas forecasting to its suite of products.
Financial terms were not disclosed. HSB is a subsidiary of The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Co.
Ziff has offices in Houston and Calgary, and explores and studies production in 40 countries covering more than 4,300 fields and gas services.
