Hartford Developer Martin Kenny’s latest project, a $23 million luxury apartment development in Windsor that opened in March, is almost fully leased, the developer says.
Kenny, whose Lexington Partners LLC development firm is in the process of selling its downtown Hartford Trumbull on the Park apartments at 100 Trumbull St., is attending a grand opening of the new Windsor Station Apartments today at 4 p.m., along with other local and state dignitaries and the contractor for the project.
The 130-unit, multi-family apartments are located on 6.5 acres at 69 Mechanic St. east of town hall and adjacent to the Windsor Rail Station.
To date, the property is 93 percent leased since opening its doors in March, he said.
The Windsor Station residences are comprised of two, four-story elevator buildings clad mostly in brick with a clock house tower that has views of the Windsor rail station.
