Judy Wlodarczyk
Judy Wlodarczyk is director of environmental and energy services with CONNSTEP Inc. where, for over 14 years, she has helped provide sustainability services to Connecticut manufacturers. This assistance includes regulatory compliance, environmental and pollution prevention (P2) assistance, waste elimination, resource selection and utilization, energy conservation, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. She is an environmental management systems — ISO 14001 auditor and works closely with other manufacturing practice specialists to present a holistic, integrated sustainable approach to CONNSTEP clients. She advocates “green manufacturing” practices, part of the continuous improvement philosophy of eliminating waste in all business practices.
Adam Ney
Adam Ney is managing director of AuctorVerno, LLC/buildingctgreen.com. The site is a leading on-line resource for green business and green building activities. He is also the author of Auggie V’s Green Blog which is housed on the site. Ney also is assistant director of public affairs at the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA). During his 20-plus years at CBIA, Ney has helped drive the association’s grass-roots legislative activities in energy, environment, corporate responsibility and transportation; he also develops and coordinates the association’s internal and external green initiatives. Ney is also a member of the CT Green Building Council.
Brad N. Mondschein
Brad N. Mondschein is a member of Pullman & Comley’s energy, utilities and telecommunications practice. His experience in the areas of regulated industries, telecommunications and the emerging legal issues relating to green energy, green building, fuel cells and alternative energy products has put him in the forefront of these areas of practice. In addition to being the author of the Green Energy and Development Law Blog, he is a member of the Connecticut Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Coalition and chair of the Legislative and Regulatory Policy Working Group of the Environmental/Energy Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
