Scott Close is the CFO for Pa-Ted Spring Company LLC and managing partner for PTS Consulting LLC. Pa-Ted Spring is a Bristol-based manufacturer of springs, stampings and wire-forms for a wide variety of industries worldwide. PTS Consulting is a business consulting company that focuses on administrative process improvement and cost control and reduction.
Prior to joining Pa-Ted, Close worked for DiSanto, Bertoline & Company (now Carlin, Charron and Rosen) as a consultant in management advisory services. He has held various financial and accounting positions throughout his more than 17 years of experience with small and large companies across the U.S.
He holds an MBA from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute and a BA from The University of Tampa. Close is also a former U.S. Army Officer.

Ann Iseley is the chief financial officer for JCJ Architecture Inc. in Hartford. Isely’s background in senior financial management includes independent consulting and CFO, COO and Controller positions at large and small corporations in a diverse group of industries including financial services, communications, publishing and technology.
She is a CPA and provides her expertise through strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, accounting and taxes, shareholder relations, payroll and benefits administration, growth management and transition to an entrepreneurial culture. Iseley earned an undergraduate degree at Brown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. She serves her community as a trustee of St. Joseph’s College.
