The purchase is the company’s third acquisition this year as it continues expanding through acquisitions.
Hartford-based Propark Mobility has acquired Gold Coast Valet, a Long Island provider of valet parking, parking management and hospitality services, the company announced.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2017 by Derek Thomas, Gold Coast Valet serves hotels, restaurants, country clubs and special events across Long Island.
Propark, led by CEO David Schmid, said the acquisition expands its hospitality operations in the Greater New York region. Gold Coast will continue operating with its existing local focus while gaining access to Propark's technology and operational resources.
The deal is Propark's third acquisition of 2026. Earlier this year, the company expanded its presence in western Pennsylvania by
acquiring Pittsburgh Valet in January and K-7 Parking Co., a longtime Pittsburgh parking operator, in April.
Propark provides parking and mobility services at more than 1,000 locations in more than 250 U.S. cities, serving the healthcare, hospitality, commercial and transportation sectors.
