A bundle of commercial and industrial properties in the Greater Hartford region has sold for a combined $13.25 million, according to brokers involved in the deal.
Colliers International’s Hartford office said it recently represented The David Associates, a Florida-based commercial real estate firm, in the sale of its Connecticut portfolio, which consists of 125 McKee St. and 111-121 Roberts St. in East Hartford and 480 and 570 Hayden Station Road in Windsor.
The buyer is a private investor based in New Jersey.
According to information available on The David Associates’ website, 111-121 Roberts St. is a 74,722-square-foot building used as “flex” space, or hybrid office and industrial space, with a 1,500-square-foot clean room. 125 McKee St. is a 39,000-square-foot warehouse.
Similar information on 480 and 570 Hayden Station Road were not available from The David Associates’ website, but town property records indicate they are both warehouses.
The combined portfolio has an overall occupancy rate of 90%, Colliers officials said.
“The investment market in central Connecticut remains robust,” said Ian Hunt of Colliers. “We worked with our client to position the portfolio for a sale at an attractive price level and the market responded. We look forward to working alongside the buyer to generate additional alpha going forward.”
