Hartford apartment property sells for $360,000

A seven-unit apartment building in Hartford’s Clay Arsenal neighborhood has sold for $360,000, city records show.

The property at 38 Sanford St. was sold Nov. 4 to 38-40 SANFORD LLC, which is controlled by Brian and Candace Kutayiah of Lynbrook, New York, state records show. 

The seller was 38 SANFORD LLC, which is controlled by Richard Wheeler, state records show. 

Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties represented the seller in the deal, according to CoStar. 

The property was built in 1900 and sits on 0.19 acres.
