A 36-unit apartment building on Sisson Avenue in Hartford recently sold for $2.79 million.
The three-story, H-shaped, brick-sided building at 249-255 Sisson Ave. contains 56 rooms and was completed in 1926, according to city assessing records.
It was sold by Brooklyn-based 249-255 Sisson LLC to Paxe Hartford Portfolio LP, of Lakewood, N.J., in a deal the assessor’s office logged on Feb. 8. The transaction is not yet reflected in the city’s online land records.
The buying limited partnership was formed last August and lists as principal Paxe Hartford Portfolio Group LLC, an entity sharing the same Lakewood, N.J. address.
The state business filing was signed by David Helfgott, as the authorized person of Paxe Hartford Portfolio Group.
