The nearly century-old building has a brick exterior and a Tudor-style front façade. It was sold by Redding-based 4Fish LLC to Capitol Properties LLC, in a deal logged by the city on April 28.
The buying limited liability company was formed March 11. State business records list Michael Reyes, of Fairfield, as principal.
Seller 4Fish LLC lists as its principal Anonymous One LLC, with a Chicago address shared by law firm Gould + Ratner.
The Redding address listed by seller 4Fish LLC is a single-family home owned by 2Fish Redding LLC. State business records list the principal of 2Fish LLC as “The Caleb F. Fishkin Re.,” residing at the single-family home that serves as business address for 4Fish LLC.
