A Hartford property hosting a residential care home for adults has sold for $850,000.
The 4,200-square-foot Maple Leaf Manor property, at 614 New Britain Ave., sold on April 1.
The buyer was RCH Hartford LLC, which is controlled by Denzel Barrows, state records show.

Barrows lists the same business address as the Maple Leaf Manor.Â
The seller was 614 New Britain Avenue LLC, which is controlled by entrepreneur Derrick Gibbs Jr., who is the founder of Middletown-based Change Inc., a homecare services provider.
