G.Duncan Harris has been named permanent CEO of Capital Community College in Hartford.
Harris, who previously worked as Capital’s interim CEO, replaced the then-president Wilfredo Nieves in 2018, and has since led strategic reorganization, fundraising and enrollment-management efforts at the community college.
