Chuck Harlow has been appointed to the board of directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Connecticut (ACEC/CT).
Harlow, a resident is a 30-year veteran of the Connecticut Department of Transportation, currently works at Fuss and O’Neill, a Manchester civil and environmental engineering consulting firm he joined about a year ago.
