Hartford’s HARC Inc., a nonprofit that services people with intellectual and other disabilities, said its board has hired Andrea Barton Reeves as president and CEO.
Reeves, an attorney and a member of the Hartford Business Journal’s ‘Forty Under 40,’ has served as HARC’s vice president of administration since 2009.
She replaces Stephen Becker, who retired in July after 36 years with the nonprofit.
