HARC Inc., a Hartford nonprofit that provides services for those with intellectual disabilities and their families, has hired Jennifer E. Fournier as vice president of administration and in-house counsel.
Fournier replaces Andrea Barton Reeves, who vacated the role when she became HARC’s president and CEO in September.
She most recently worked as associate corporate counsel and chief compliance officer for Jefferson Radiology.
Prior to that, she was corporate general counsel for Triad Healthcare in Plainville. She’s also worked for Fair Haven Community Health Center in New Haven, Masonic Healthcare in Wallingford and Bellevue Hospital Center in New York.
