Jeff Hamilton has been promoted to vice president of human resources at Mohegan Sun. He has served in a variety of roles since starting at the gaming and entertainment venue in 2004, most recently holding the title of director of compensation and benefits.
In his new role, Jeff will be responsible for overseeing the development of customer service and skills training, administering all Human Resource company policies and procedures and providing direction and operational oversight for all Human Resource departments and functions.
He is a member of the Mohegan Tribe and has been part of organizations like the United Way and the Connecticut Adoption Resource Association.
