Stephen Press, SIOR of Press/Cuozzo Realtors represented the seller, AMC Associates LLC, while Kathy Hoyt of William Raveis represented the buyer, R&K Real Estate LLC. The transaction closed Dec. 7.
Auto software firm leases in N. Branford
European Performance Labs LLC has leased 10,500 square feet, half of a flex building at 2 Commerce Dr., North Branford. The structure also houses 2,000-plus square feet of offices, a large shop/storage area serviced by a truck height dock, and two drive-in doors. European Performance Labs designs and installs vehicle enhancement software for the engines of upscale automobiles, and markets and sells its software products nationally. The building owner is Wiehl Properties LLC. Kevin Geenty of the Geenty Group, Realtors was sole broker in the transaction.
