Hamden-based IT firm CriticalEdge has been acquired by SBS Group of Edison, N.J.
CriticalEdge, which was founded in 1988, is a value-added reseller of accounting software Microsoft Dynamics GP.
The company’s employees will all become employees of SBS, the two said, and CriticalEdge will retain its existing clients.
SBS has 37 office across the country. The Hamden office adds to its New England presence, which also includes Cambridge.
