A 120,000-square-foot industrial complex at 30 Edmund St. in Hamden sold recently for $2,175,000.
Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Realtors in Hamden, represented the seller, Orchard Investments and procured the investor and buyer, 30 Edmund Street LLC.
The buyer’s principal is listed as Biagio Barone, owner of Barone Properties of Stratford, according to the Secretary of the State’s office.
The facility is on a 5.2-acre parcel, and features units starting at 7,000 square feet in size.
The multi-building complex provides warehouse, manufacturing and distribution capabilities, according to Press.

The Feil Organization acquires Westport office buildings for $43M
The Feil Organization has acquired two Class A office buildings at 285 and 355 Riverside Ave., Westport, for $43 million.
The buildings total 94,647 square feet on 4.15 acres. They are 96% leased to companies such as Raymond James, RBC and Sterling Investment Partners, according to an announcement.
The four-story 285 Riverside and three-story 355 Riverside feature water views, combined parking for 267 vehicles, an indoor fitness center and a park-like setting with walking trails along the Saugatuck River.
