Hamden Eye Associates is relocating from the Hamden Mart Shopping Center to a new storefront on Whitney Avenue.
The group has entered into a 10-year lease for the 2,350-square-foot office suite at 1960-1970 Whitney Avenue.
Dr. Thomas Conrod and Dr. James Weston have been serving the Hamden and surrounding communities for more than 35 years in their current location, in the Hamden Mart plaza next to a Dollar Tree store.
The doctors are preparing the new office location for a grand opening in mid to late June, and they “very much look forward to continuing their mission of providing quality, comprehensive eye care to the greater Hamden area.”
Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services in Hamden, represented the landlord, Whitney 1960-1970 LLC, and procured the tenant.
Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
