The owner of a Hamden dog day care and boarding business has purchased the industrial building that houses the company for $715,000.
The property at 940 Sherman Ave. includes a 10,960-square-foot industrial building on 0.93 acres in the Hamden Industrial Park.
The buyer was TBL 940 LLC, which is controlled by Megan Montano and Erik Holton of North Haven, according to Connecticut state business records. Montano owns The Barking Lot, which operates in the building.
The seller was WTE 940 Sherman LLC, which is controlled by Zelly Goldberg of New Haven, according to Connecticut state business records.
The sale closed July 20. Stephen Press of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the buyer, while Jack Hill of Seabury Hill represented the seller.
Built in 1972, the property had a 2025 appraised value of $641,900, according to Hamden assessing records.
