Olde Ways LLC bought the property from LILEE Association LLC.

Press/Cuozzo brokered the Jan. 31 deal, including bringing the buyer to the table.

Stratford’s 300 Benton sold

Cactus LLC recently paid $760,000 for an 11,181-square-foot industrial building at 300 Benton St. in Stratford.

300 Benton Street Associates LLC was the seller.

Cactus will occupy 4,500 square feet for light assembly and storage, with the rest leased to long-term tenants.

Holyoke studio’s Enfield home

The former Enfield home to a camera-video repair business has been sold for $425,000 as the new base for school portrait-maker Grynn & Barrett Photography Studios of Holyoke, Mass.

Anngina Drive LLC bought the 13,690-square-foot industrial facility at 3 Anngina Drive from Precision Camera and Video Repair.

Sentry Commercial was the deal’s sole broker.

G&B Photography, formally The Greniers’ Family of Photography, says the recent move 15 minutes south, from its former building at 404 Jarvis Ave. in Holyoke to Enfield, puts its closer to many schools and others who are its clients.

Holyoke Community College purchased G&B’s old building to house its new nursing and health education programs, authorities said.

To accommodate clients’ increasingly plucky portrait requests, 65-year-old G&B says its new Enfield quarters has several outdoor venues for photo shoots.

KBC’s Milford buy …

KBC Electronics Inc. bought the former Milford headquarters of Baron Consulting for $630,000.

The deal for the 8,044-square-foot industrial building at 273 Pepes Farm Road makes KBC a landlord, rather than an Orange tenant.

KBC products are used in global automotive, medical, military and residential markets.

Baron Consulting’s founder and technical director Harry Agahigian sold the building.

Angel Commercial represented all parties in the sale.

… Baron’s Milford lab move

In the market for new quarters Baron Consulting Co. Inc. leased four units of laboratory space totaling 3,200 square feet at 181 Research Drive in Milford.

Baron President Harry Agahigian says his firm will use the lab space for development of his products and to do additional research for improving products and the like.

The Geenty Group, Realtors, was agent for landlord, D’Amato Investments LLC. Angel Commercial was Baron’s agent.

More Milford fillings

Several tenants have signed for a pair small flex spaces on Milford’s Research Drive.

At 225 Research Drive, Connecticut Plantscaping Inc. leased 800 square feet from landlord D’Amato Investments LLC from which to distribute live indoor plants.

Geenty Group, Realtors, represented D’Amato in the lease. Coldwell Banker in Milford was the tenant’s agent.

Next door at 233 Research Drive, Tim Dokter of Delphis Woodworks LLC leased 800 square feet for his woodworking shop, specializing in high end decks and pergolas.

Geenty again represented landlord D’Amato, as well as Dokter.

Bail-bondsman’s E. Haven space

Lisa Yulo, owner of New England Bail Bonds LLC, leased 650 square feet for a new office at 57 High St. in East Haven.

Landlords are Dr. Gury(CQ — according to Geenty) and Felicia Grippo.

The Geenty Group, Realtors, was sole lease agent.
