Hartford law firm Halloran & Sage LLP elected three new partners.
New partners include Rachel Fain, a member of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice group; Casey O’Connell, a member of the firm’s corporate business and transactions and real estate practice groups; and Oscar Suarez is a member of the firm’s insurance and banking, lender liability and foreclosure practice groups.
