Oscar L. Suarez has joined Halloran & Sage, a law firm with offices throughout Connecticut, as an attorney in the firm’s bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and restructuring and insurance practice groups.
Suarez represents financial institutions and advises them on unfair trade practices, truth-in-lending, Uniform Commercial Code, and fair debt collection matters. His practice also includes bankruptcy, foreclosure and loan recovery, lender liability, landlord-tenant issues, UCC litigation, and loan restructuring.
