An Orange-based gym is expanding into Wallingford, where it recently leased 7,500 square feet of industrial space.
Arsen’s Training LLC, doing business as Arsen’s Gym, is leasing the space at 10 Capital Dr. Terms were not disclosed.
This will be the second home for the gym. Its original location is on the Boston Post Road in Orange.
Arsen’s Gym anticipates opening the Wallingford location in late April. It is known for offering clients access to its strength equipment, boxing bags and exercise machines 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Frank Hird, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial’s Branford office, represented the landlord, KnippleInc. Agents Frank and Adam Gregg, of the same office, represented the tenant.
Arsen’s Training LLC’s principal is listed as Arsen Sapsa, state records show.
