West Hartford-based independent registered investment advisory firm GYL Financial Synergies has appointed Joan Garbow as its new director of aging life care planning.
Garbow is a past president of the New England Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association. She is a licensed clinical social worker and an advanced professional member of the Aging Life Care Association.
