Jeff Gutsfeld has joined Strategic Building Solutions of Madison as director, business development of the New England Region.
The firm is a provider of facilities planning, owner’s representation/project management, building commissioning, retro-commissioning and energy management services. It is working on projects for University of Connecticut, University of Connecticut Health Center, Central Connecticut State University, West Springfield High School, Choate Rosemary Hall, the Medical Profession & Teacher Prep Magnet School, Public Safety Academy and the City of Hartford.
