Seated effective Monday are Amir P. Rosenthal, chief financial officer of Nike Inc.’s Bauer Hockey equipment division, and Phillip C. Widman, chief financial officer of Terex Corp., the Westport maker of heavy earth movers.
Founded in 1949, Sturm Ruger makes sporting arms at plants in Newport, N.H., and Prescott, Ariz.
